Ulli and Rudi reached out to me on facebook and told me they were getting married in Central Park coming from Germany. This sweet couple told me they had been to New York City over ten times and it was the one place they could see themselves getting married. I said yes absolutely.
Central Park to me is quintessential New York. Ulli and Rudi would be getting married at the Cop Cot. For those unfamiliar with Cop Cot is on the southern tip on Central Park South. With all the bridges and Wollman Rink it is very easy to miss it. If you're looking for an intimate park wedding vibe look no further.
Surrounded by friends and family that joined Ulli and Rudi from Germany, the Cop Cot had an audience to a beautiful ceremony with vows, tears and a whole lot of love.
Following the ceremony they wanted to go to their favorite New York City locations, Central Park, DUMBO and Times Square. The magic in Ulli and Rudi's face as everyone greeted and congratulated them on the street it was a reminder of how lucky I am to live and work in this amazing city. Even more to capture two people start the next journey of their lives together.
